  • Recognizing Our Strength and Excellence (The R.O.S.E. Project) has a mission to uplift and support school-age Black and Hispanic girls using our four principles: (R)esponsibility , (O)riginlity, (S)upport, and (E)xploration.

We understand that girls have goals, dreams, and visions that they are working towards and it is our responsibility to assist in any way possible to make sure that they know these things can be a reality!

Our annual Rosebud Scholarship was created knowing that we are all constantly growing and "budding." Creating this scholarship will provide opportunities for three young women in (1) entrepreneurship, (2) secondary education, and (3) trade to work towards their goal through our financial award of $500.

*We encourage girls that are seeking careers in STEAM (science, engineering, arts, math), Healthcare, and/or Business to apply!

*We accept girls that are in GED programs! School is different for everyone, and no girl should be shut out due to different learning environments and/or styles.

*Entrepreneurs come in different ages, and we recognize that we have a wide variety of girls that have business visions. This is why we started our age at 12 years old!
