2021 WIDE OPEN Photography & Digital Art Show

PEER JUDGED Competition - All ENTRANTS ARE JUDGES

Many artists want to know what other people REALLY think of their work and graciously welcome constructive comments.

Competitive art shows are one way to get input BUT most reflect the views of a very small number of judges, all of whom are biased in one way or another.

The idea behind this competition is to collect a very large number of inputs by having a very large number of judges. To accomplish that objective, each entrant will also be one of the judges.

In other words, a "Peer Judged" event.

NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS - Maximum of 3 per entrant

FEE - $15 per Submission

JUDGING
Each entrant will receive a special CODE upon entry receipt that will enable them to evaluate each submission, on its own merits, using well defined criteria.

Judge/Entrant may not evaluate their own entries

THE RESULTS
The sum of the Entrant's evaluations will be added to determine the award winners. In the event of ties, a run-off will be conducted.

RECOGNITION & AWARDS
There is a limit one award per entrant, the highest earned.

4 - Second Place - Each Category
4 - Third Place - Each Category
4 - Honorable Mentions
