Please give at least 2-3 weeks notice when placing an order. All orders submitted beyond this time period will be subject to a rush fee.
A 50% Retainer Fee is required for ALL Orders (ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE). I am aware that unforeseen circumstances may occur. In the event that you have to cancel your order, a credit in the amount that you paid will be provided to you and it will be valid for use within the year.
ALL Cakes start at $100, any Order under $100 requires FULL Payment. Upon submitting this form you will receive a confirmation text/email within 24-48 hours. After confirmation is obtained you will be given the opportunity to select your cake flavor and fillings, as well as any additional customizations. An invoice will be generated, and you will receive it with a list of accepted payment methods.
When you receive your Invoice you have 24 hours to submit your retainer fee(50% of your order total). Lack of payment will result in the cancellation of your order. Payment arrangements are available, please consult with Dion.
