2026 Ashlawn Court Membership

Annual Ashlawn Courts Memberships are authorized by the Board of Directors of the Lake Monticello Owners' Association. The following regulations and policies apply to an Annual Courts Membership.

DEFINITION

The Board of Directors establishes Ashlawn Memberships to provide court privileges at a fixed pre-paid fee.

PRIVILEGES AND OBLIGATIONS

Members are to abide by all LMOA Policies and Rules and Regulations pertaining to the courts established by the Board of Directors.

Members shall be responsible for all debts and acts by their spouse, dependent children, and guests. Membership accounts must remain current.

RESTRICTIONS

When a membership is issued, the conditions MAY NOT be set aside or changed. When applicable, refunds may be granted (see REFUNDS below). If a member account is past-due, court privileges will be suspended until such time the account is current.

SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP

The failure of an Ashlawn Member to comply with LMOA Rules and Regulations may result in the membership's temporary suspension.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations will be issued in accordance with LMOA Policy 18.02. Refunds will not be considered if membership is suspended, if the member no longer wishes to utilize the membership, or if the member moves from Lake Monticello.

CONDITIONS

Children of members 12 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult and may play without a fee.

Guests of a member are permitted to play as day-use players and must pay a $6.00 day-use fee.

***TENNIS/PICKLE ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIPS

By submitting this application. You are agreeing to adhere to the Tennis/Pickleball Associate Membership Rules listed in Chapter 20 Section 20.01 in the LMOA Policy Manual as follows:

a. Tennis/Pickleball Associate membership shall provide to non-owners of Lake
Monticello lots all the racquet sports privileges extended to Lake Monticello
property owners, at a prepaid annual fee.

b. Tennis/Pickleball Associate members are not eligible for gate access devices.

c. Tennis/Pickleball Associate membership does not permit the usage of any nontennis/pickleball LMOA amenities.
