Thanks for your interest in New Group Leader Training. At First Free Church we believe that within our groups is where we grow, find community, care for one another, and serve others.

This training is one step in the process of becoming a group leader. These sessions will apply to small groups, Sunday morning adult communities, men’s, women’s, care, and interest groups. These areas will have ongoing leader training specific to that type of group.

John Richardson will present:
- A Biblical foundation for groups
- Healthy group dynamics
- Strategies for effective group leadership
You will receive an email prior to each virtual session with notes and login instructions.

Please read Creating Community: Five Keys to Building a Small Group Culture by Andy Stanley prior to the first session and complete the Get to Know You form.
