  • Bland Landscaping Responsibilities

The Regency at Brier Creek Country Club's HOA has continued the contract with Bland Landscaping for basic landscaping responsibilities.  Some of these responsibilities include the following:

    • Mowing, trimming, and blowing of clippings
    • Once annual mulch application (if desired, any existing mulch removal is the responsibility of the homeowner)
    • Pruning of the trees and shrubs
    • Weed maintenance in mulch beds
    • Backflow installation and start-up of irrigation in the spring
    • Backflow removal and gravity winterization in late autumn/early winter
    • Annual aerating and seeding

Please remember that Bland views the entire community as a commercial property.  Bland does not manage patio homes as individual residences with tailored services.  Homeowners are free to contract individual vendors for customized curated gardening.

  • TruGreen Turf Management

Based on an assessment of turf quality, effective 1 January 2022, turf chemical applications have been assigned to TruGreen.  The chemical application contract is no different than what an individual homeowner may enroll in.  It will take multiple applications and time for turf conditions to improve.  Please note that TruGreen will not respond to inquiries so any form submissions related to turf applciation are for data capturing purposes only and will be reviewed by the HOA Board at the time of contract renewal.
