Bland Landscaping Responsibilities

The Regency at Brier Creek Country Club's HOA has continued the contract with Bland Landscaping for basic landscaping responsibilities. Some of these responsibilities include the following:

Mowing, trimming, and blowing of clippings
Once annual mulch application (if desired, any existing mulch removal is the responsibility of the homeowner)
Pruning of the trees and shrubs
Weed maintenance in mulch beds
Backflow installation and start-up of irrigation in the spring
Backflow removal and gravity winterization in late autumn/early winter

Please remember that Bland views the entire community as a commercial property. Bland does not manage patio homes as individual residences with tailored services. Homeowners are free to contract individual vendors for customized curated gardening.

Note that turf chemical management is not managed by Bland. It is managed by TruGreen and their questions/concerns form may be found here. Failure to utilize the correct form will result in no response - it is the homeowner's responsibility to complete the appropriate form.
