Entries will not be processed without accompanying payment. No entries will be placed in the competition schedule until full payment has been received by GNSW.

Clubs that require an invoice prior to sending payment must contact the ESDO 2 weeks in advance of the closing date to ensure payment is received on time.
I have read and agree to the listed Event terms and conditions on the entry booklet and entry form, the GNSW Gymsport Technical Regulation, GNSW Event Policy and GNSW Provision of Judges Policy (www.gymnsw.org.au) as a condition of the entry.I have informed athletes and their parents/guardians of the conditions and I have obtained permission from these parent/guardians on their behalf.All athletes, officials and spectators have been informed of and agreed to the GNSW Codes of Conduct.All athletes being entered are current registered members of GNSW with the correct Athlete Coding in GOL/iMIS in accordance with their competition level. I agree to pay a 10% administration levy of each athletes individual entry cost for all incorrect or un-registered athletes.All entries submitted have been checked and are correct. I understand that any changes to entries will incur a $20 administration fee.All athletes entered for the event are medically fit and appropriately prepared for competition with the required skill level and competency.All coaches nominated on the entry form are current registered technical members and will still be current at the time of the event. All nominated coaches are appropriately accredited in the specific Gymsport to coach the level of athlete at the event, in accordance with the GNSW Coach accreditation requirements and understand they are required to take responsibility for the safety of their athletes for the duration of the event. All coaches Working With Children declarations have been completed and coaches WWCC number, expiry date and date of birth are entered on the entry form.I understand that clubs must provide judges for every event for which they submit entries in accordance with the Provision of Judges Policy and are required to provide volunteers for assigned volunteer roles at events. I agree to pay any proxy fees for failure to meet these requirements.
