    We treasure all of our rescue animals. Because they are all special to us, our biggest concern is the health and well-being of all animals that we have in our care. When they go into their new homes, we want it to be their FUREVER home!

    So please take your time when filling out this application. Animals are a lifelong commitment. Please give as many details as you can to help us match you with the right dog/cat to make sure it is the right fit for both the animal and your family.

    Please contact your personal references, vet reference, or, if applicable, a landlord reference, know in advance that we will be reaching out to them. Doing so will help to expedite the application process. Thank you!

    By submitting this form I confirm with all of the following statements:
    • I certify that all questions have been answered honestly and accurately, and I authorize you to contact anyone listed on this application.
    • I agree that if, for any reason, I no longer want or are able to care for my adopted pet, I will reach out to Treasure Fur-Ever Animal Rescue.   I understand that the adoption fees are non-refundable.
    • Under no circumstance will I bring my adopted pet to any animal shelter or research facility. Nor will I ever abandon my pet. 
    • I and those who are with me at the time of the adoption appointment agree that I will NOT hold Treasure Fur-Ever Animal Rescue(TFAR) or any of its affiliates including foster homes, liable for injury or damage that this pet may cause, including to the health of my current pets at the time of the first meeting and adoption.
    • I have a solid understanding of what is required in both time, effort, and resources (money) to care for a pet. 
    • I understand that most pets are rescued from shelters, have been abused, can be strays living on their own and have issues that need to be addressed as part of their adjustment into my home. I will take care of whatever issues the adopted pet has both behaviorally and medically. 
    • We are in agreement to take over the care of the adopted pet. Whatever issues Treasure Fur-Ever has discovered, to the best of their knowledge, will be listed in the Petfinder ad/ facebook/website. Treasure Fur-Ever Animal Rescue is not responsible for future medical care once adopted. TFAR cannot be held liable for any actions of the adopted pet. TFAR is not responsible for future damages or injuries caused by the adopted pet.
    • Before submitting this application, please take a moment to ensure that all information is complete and accurate. 

  • Please allow the Treasure Fur-Ever team 2-3 business days to process your application. You will be contacted by the email provided if approved. If you do not hear back from us in a week, please feel free to email us or check our facebook page to find out if the animal is on hold or not. We cannot get back to every application that is submitted.
