In order to cancel service it MUST be done by using this cancellation request below. This is the only way it will be recognized. All other correspondence will NOT be considered as a cancellation request. A cancellation request MUST be submitted 24 hours PRIOR to the subscription's renewal date to avoid any ongoing charges. Billing date is the original date of service unless otherwise noted and charges will not be prorated if cancelled mid month or prior to the original billing date.
