Advertising: All Seasons Pet Care reserves the right to take display any pictures or terms describing pet(s) for advertising purposes via any media source.
Vaccinations: Current Certification of vaccines must be on file or provided to All Seasons Pet Care. If verification is not provided, or the vaccinations do not meet the protocol or cannot be verified by All Seasons Pet Care, the owner/agent agrees that All Seasons Pet Care will vaccinate the pet(s) at the owner/agent(s) expense including transportation fees and is further agreed that All Seasons Pet Care will not be liable for any vaccine side effects or allergic reactions. All Seasons Pet Care agrees to exercise due and reasonable care, to keep kennel premises sanitary and properly enclosed. All Seasons Pet Care will care for all pets without liability for loss or damage from any type of injury, illness, disease, death, running away, theft, fire injury to persons, other pets, themselves or reasonable unavoidable causes. The owner/agent is liable for damages the pet may cause to ASPC property, other dogs or injury to persons while in the care of All Seasons Pet Care. All Seasons Pet Care is not liable for lost, or damaged personal items however care will be taken to avoid loss.If the state of the pet’s health reasonably requires medical or first aid attention, ASPC shall have the right to administer medicine or give other advisable attention, within our discretion and judgment. ASPC shall have the right to call a Veterinarian of our choosing, and the Veterinarian shall have the right to treat the pet at his or her discretion. All related expenses including transportation shall be paid by the owner/agent listed here on when the pet is picked up. Client’s (Owner/Agent) not picking up pet(s) on the scheduled out date must provide an extension request in writing within 5 days, otherwise the pet shall be considered abandoned on day 6 and becomes the property of All Seasons Pet Care. Extensions will not be allowed if client is unable to pay balance due at time of extension and fees for extension. If no date is scheduled for pick up or client continues to extend the check out date, the owner/agent’s account may not exceed $300 at any time. The first day the account exceeds this limit the pet(s) shall be considered abandoned and no notice shall be deemed necessary. The owner/agent listed here on is still liable for any fees and expenses incurred for the abandoned pet(s) including but not limited to court, attorneys, medical and continued general care. Any disputes between All Seasons Pet Care and the Owner/Agent listed here on shall be resolved in the courts of Meade County, SD. If any part of the dispute is settled in favor of All Seasons Pet Care the Owner/Agent listed here on agrees to pay all court fees, attorney fees and any related expenses. All Boarding/Grooming fees and any incurred Fees and/or expenses must be paid in full when pet(s) are picked up. Checks must be Pre-Approved. NSF Check Fee $50.00 Payment must be in full at time of check out or pet will not be released. The Owner/Agent signing this contract is 18 years of age or older and agrees to the above Terms and conditions.
This contract’s Terms and Conditions are in effect for each boarding visit until Dec. 31, 2022. Fees & Hours are subject to change and will be posted on sign in sheets for each visit. Owner/Agent has received a copy of the above terms and conditions and is in agreement
