As a token of our appreciation, complimentary copies of the Graduation Album will be given to the school and K3 teachers as keepsakes. In the event that we cannot cover the cost of this project, we will cancel production and all money raised will be refunded to you (after deducting for expenses). Any surplus amounts raised will be used towards graduation gifts or donated to the PTA or a registered charity. If your child did not complete the entire K3 academic term, your child’s personal portfolio will not be published, your album purchase will also be refunded. Save and except the aforesaid, please note that fees will not be refunded. Please note, by filling-in the online order form, you agree to release your personal information to the Graduation Album Organising Committee for future contact regarding this project.

為答謝校方多年來對孩子們悉心的培育和無微不至的照顧，籌委會希望能多印數本紀念冊以送贈校方和老師。此紀念冊能否成功出版實有賴各位家長的大力支持。如數量未達最低要求，本會將取消此項計劃，扣除開支後把款項退回，敬請諒解。畢業生紀念冊之製作盈餘(如適用)將用於畢業禮物或捐贈給家教會或慈善機構。如果您的孩子沒有完成整個K3的課程，您孩子的個人檔案則不會被發布，您購買訂購畢業生紀念冊的費用也將被退還。請注意，除前述的情況外，費用將不獲退還。填寫網上報名表格，即代表閣下同意把有絡電話和電郵資料交籌委成員就此製作作聯絡之用。
