1. 一旦提交網上訂購表格後，費用將不獲退還或轉讓他人。

2. 閣下於完成網上訂講後會即時收到電子確認通知，敬請妥善保存該文件直至收到畢業生紀念冊。

3. 畢業生紀念冊之製作盈餘(如適用)將用於籌備畢業活動或捐贈至家長教師會。

4. 如數量未達最低要求，本會將取消此項計劃，扣除開支後把款項退回，敬請諒解。

Remarks:

1. Once your order is confirmed, submitted fund will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. If you register successfully, you will receive an instant confirmation email. Please keep it until you receive the graduation album.

3. Surplus amounts raised will be used towards the Graduation Activity and any final surplus will be donated to PTA.

4. In the event that we cannot cover the cost of this project, we will cancel production and all money raised will be refunded to you (after deducting expenses incurred).
