As a token of our appreciation, complimentary copies of the Graduation Album will be given to the school and K3 teachers as keepsakes. In the event that we cannot cover the cost of this project, we will cancel production and all money raised will be refunded to you (after deducting for expenses). Any surplus amounts raised will be used towards graduation gifts or donated to the PTA or a registered charity. If your child does not remain at Homantin Campus for the whole K3, the Graduation Album will not contain your child’s personal photos and artwork and in such case, fees will be refunded. Save and except the aforesaid, please note that fees will not be refunded. Please note, by filling-in the online order form, you give consent to the Committee to obtain your child’s graduation photo directly from school and to use it in the Graduation Album and agree to release your personal information to the Committee for future contact regarding this project.
為答謝校方多年來對孩子們悉心的培育和無微不至的照顧，籌委會希望能多印數本紀念冊以送贈校方和老師。此紀念冊能否成功出版實有賴各位家長的大力支持。如數量未達最低要求，本會將取消此項計劃，扣除開支後把款項退回，敬請諒解。畢業生紀念冊之製作盈餘(如適用)將用於畢業禮物或捐贈給家教會或慈善機構。如貴子弟未有在何文田校舍完成整個高班課程，紀念冊將不會載有貴子弟的個人照片及作品，已付款項將會退回。請注意，除前述的情況外，費用將不獲退還。填寫網上報名表格，即代表閣下同意授權籌委會直接從學校拿取貴子弟的畢業照片製作紀念冊及把有關聯絡電話和電郵資料交籌委成員就此製作聯絡之用。
