VENDOR FEE: All 10x10 booths are $50 (except for non-profits) and must be paid by March 15th, 2012. Booth space will be marked off and numbered; you may bring your own tent, but it must be clean and professional. No electricity/power source will be provided by festival. Any overage of your booth will be charged an additional fee or asked to be moved. The festival committee will notify you when your application has been approved.
Terms & Conditions
1. Merchandise and display is subject to the Turkey Fest Committee’s discretion, who reserves the right to require alteration, replacement, and deletion of any material or activity which is deemed inappropriate for the festival.
2. All vehicles must be moved from the festival area by 9:00 am or will be subject to being towed.
3. Booths should be ready to operate at 10:00 am. Booths must be open until 5 pm and disassembled after 5 pm.
4. The undersigned releases the Henrietta & Clay County Chamber of Commerce/Turkey Fest and its respective officers, agents, and employees for any and all claims, demands, rights, or causes of action of whatsoever kind of nature which the undersigned has ever had or may now have or may hereafter have, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, arising from or by reason of or any way connected with any injuries, losses, damages, property damage or loss, or the results thereof, which heretofore has even or hereafter may be sustained by the undersigned as a result of or in connection with or arising out of the undersigned’s participation in Turkey Fest.
5. The undersigned acknowledges that in the case of severe or hazardous weather or any other act of God, there will be no reimbursement of booth fees or any other monies submitted to the Henrietta & Clay County Chamber of Commerce/Turkey Fest.
I, the undersigned, have read the Turkey Fest Application and the Terms & Conditions, including the release, and understand all terms stated therein. I execute this release voluntarily and with full knowledge of its significance.
