    This form should be used to update club information on the MICA / App or student organization website, update your officer roster, and/or notify CSE of a change to your club advisor. For questions, please email studentorgs@mica.edu.
    • Update Club Information 
    • If there are any updates you would like to make to your club information, please do so below. Organization information will be updated on the MICA / App and student org website (mica.edu/studentorgs).

      Please only fill out the fields that you want updated, and leave all others blank.

    • Guidelines for mission statement:

      • Must include: open to all
        • ALL organizations must be open to the entire MICA community
        • Can be reworded but must be clear that anyone in the MICA
          community can join.
      • Keep it brief! 2-3 sentences.
        • For more details about your organization please add it to the description section.

      MICA Student Orgs Webpage (behind log in), MICA App, Student Org Canvas (for Advisors), Transition Documents, Recruiting Events, FY & Transfer Orientation Canvas.

    • If there are any updates you would like to make to your officer roster (i.e. new additions, updated titles, or officers who should be removed) and/or advisor information, please do so below.

    • PLEASE NOTE: If you are changing advisors, it is your responsibility to ensure that your former advisor is aware. Your new advisor will be contacted by CSE to bring them up to speed on advising protocols.
