Please allow 7 working days notice for your hotel booking or send out equipment. Kat works Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Due to workload and time management please allow 2 working days for your submission to be actioned.

No further action required when you have chosen to book your own hotels. Simply keep hold of your receipt and/or confirmation and send to us with related invoice. Keep it handy as we do have a strict no receipt no payment policy.

We do suggest that you check the cancellation period and it is advised that you opt for 14 day cancellation period. We don't regularly get cancellations however from time to time it does happen.
