• Farm Fresh Jump With Jill Digital Tour Application

  • Applications for the 2021 Texas Farm Fresh Jump with Jill Digital Tour must be submitted by contracting entities (CEs) participating in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP). CEs should provide the name of at least two elementary school campuses for consideration. For the purposes of this application, "elementary campuses" refers to campuses educating any segment of grades K-5. Applications are due January 29, 2021.

  • You must submit at least two (2) and up to four (4) elementary school campuses for consideration. Please provide ALL contact information for the elementary campus(es) and enter information about student enrollment and number of teachers per campus in the table under Question 8. 

    Note: The campus contact person should be a decision maker or be able to speak on behalf of a decision maker. This person will be included in all planning discussions with Jump with Jill and TDA related to campus implementation of the digital tour.
