Application deadline is January 9, 2022 at 5 PM, Registration Confirmation packets will be emailed the week of the parade.

Parade participants are responsible for their own signage.

INDEMNITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

By clicking SUBMIT, I/we further agree to defend, and hold harmless the Western York County Branch NAACP Martin Luther King Jr. parade committee and its employees or agents against loss or expense, including attorney’s fees for loss or expense because of bodily injury, death or property damage sustained by any person or persons arising from, connected with, or caused by the negligent acts or omissions of the participant, its agents, officers, or employees.

It is further agreed that I/we, as participants, will provide proof of general liability and auto insurance for the parade entry naming the Western York County Branch NAACP as an additional insured.

Participant further agrees to have received, read, understood, and will fully comply with all of the Western York County Branch NAACP Martin Luther King Jr. parade Rules and Regulations.

Parade Entry Fee:

There is no parade entry fee for the 2022 Parade. However, your tax-deductible donations to the Western York County NAACP will be greatly appreciated as they will help further the work of the Branch. You may make donations by Check or Money Order.

If you prefer to pay by Check or Money Order, please make all checks out to Western York County NAACP.
