Measuring Your Pending Exams
(By Aging, Number And Dollar Value)

• We suggest compiling a list of “all” of your pending exams from the last 120 days. (Please see the suggested date under the “todays date” box below.
• Once you have this list simply input the “exam date” and the recommended “treatment fee” dollar amount for each pending exam. (You can input up to 80 entries)
• To advance to the next data input area simply use your “cursor” or the “tab” button. (If the “enter” key is pressed, you will be asked if you are done or not. If not simply continue to input data or if so simply check the box and click the submit button)
• When done inputting your last entry simply scroll to the bottom, check the confirmation box and click the submit button. You will be able to view your report within a few seconds, plus it will be emailed to you directly. (if you do not see your email, don’t forget to check your spam folder)
