All Covid Guidelines will be followed. Check in includes temperature checks, questionnaire and parent sign off. Each athlete must bring Mask, Cleats & Football Gloves that will be worn entire time (or non-latex gloves will be provided). Eact athlete will be provided a soft shell helmet to wear during any close contact drills. Every 15 minutes there will be a water/sanitation break with wipes and hand sanitizer. Snacks will be provided, You are welcome to bring own lunch.

(If Sick within 48 hours of camp please stay home)

**All Coaches are certified or licensed profressionals. 3 Staff on site at all times.

Preliminary Details for Each day:
8:00am-8:15am (Drop off & check in)
8:15am-830am - Opening remarks and Intro
8:30-8:45am - Team Warm up

8:45am-9:00 am - Mindfulness & Positive Affirmation groups
9:00-9:30am Football Skills and Position Drills
9:30am-945am -Snack break and cool down

9:45-10:00AM- Team Warm up

10-1030am- Team Building Activity

1030am-1045- Mindfulness Activities

1045-11:15AM- intro to Performance Training

11:15am-1145AM- Lunch Break

11:45-12:45PM - Warm Up and Team Game fo the Day

12:45-1:00PM- Cool Down and Pick Up

By submitting this form you agree to the days and times for your sessions that are agreed upon with the trainer. you agree that any member of "motivate the game or Good Counsel, LLC" or any of its affiliats can not be held liable in the event of any unlikely injuries, sickness, or related issues that may occur during training sessions. You understand that Motivate the Game is not intended to take the place of traditional therapy or counseling. You agree that in the event of a mental health crisis you will contact the appropriate authorities. You understand that it is the athletes responsibility to sanitize before and after session. you agree to stay home if athlete is sick or running a fever. you understand that motivate the game will do everything to sanitize work out zones and avoid very close contact. You agree that session payment will be paid by March 26th, 2021. If atleast 5 or more athletes do not sign up for camp, camp will be cancled and refund given.
