Clubs should use this form to request the assistance of SNB Branch Support Operations RWCs (jet skis) for special events such as carnivals and ocean swims. Requests should be made when planning the event, or at least 6 weeks out, so that we an allocate the personnel and equipment appropriately. Once we have received your enquiry, we will be in contact with you to finalise all the details as soon as possible. Completion of this form does not automatically give approval of the request as it depends whether the asset and suitable operators are available. Final approval will be provided by the SNB Director of Lifesaving or his/her delegate.
The following conditions of use apply to assets that are provided:

The Branch will:
- Provide RWCs in functional working order with a full tank of 95oc Unleaded
- Assist in seeking a suitably trained RWC Operator if the Club is unable to do so
The Club/Service will:
- Arrange pick-up/drop-off of the RWC
- Safely store the RWC when not in use (before/after the event)
- Refuel RWC with 95oc Unleaded fuel
- Cover costs of any damages to equipment
- Supply or nominate currently proficient operators to use the equipment
- Ensure fatigue management practices are in place for all operators
- Provide shade, water and food for operators
