To reiterate:

The new studio is located at 207 W Hastings. (Dominion Building)

At this time, my studio is a small shared space. If you require privacy, please let me know ahead of time.

We are located at room 807. The entrance is open from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. If your appointment is during those times then you can go right up ahead to room 807, if not I will come get you at your appointment time.

We all know these times are difficult, but to ensure a safe experience for both you and I; I ask you to do the following :
- On the day of your appointment please make sure you are not experiencing any cold or flu symptoms. And if possible check your temperature before coming in. If any issues arise you are able to keep your deposit and reschedule a different date. This also includes if you are waiting for a covid-19 test result.
- Do not make a booking if you are travelling from out of town and or in direct contact with someone who has without a 14 day isolation.
- Arrive alone, we are unable to accommodate extra people. If you do require support I would suggest delaying your tattoo appointment. We do have wifi so you are able to contact someone during.
- Please bring just the necessities. Anything you plan on using during the appointment will be sanitized with alcohol, (phone, water bottle, etc)
- Masks are mandatory to enter the building and our studio. Upon entering the studio we ask you to sanitize your hands.

I am at least 18 years old by the date of my tattoo appointment.I am not under the influence of drugs or alcohol that impair my decision to get a tattoo. I do not currently have any mental impairment that may influence my decision in getting a tattoo.I understand that my deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the artist.I have told my artist if I have any communicable disease or condition that might impact my tattoo application including any blood thinning medication that I have taken. These conditions include: Chest pain, heart conditions, seizures, blood disorders, diabetes, epilepsy, hemophilia, hepatitis, HIV, and being prone to fainting.I have checked the design and understand that the resulting tattoo has a chance to differ from the design shown.I understand a tattoo is a permanent change to my appearance and can not be restored to its exact appearance even with laser or surgical means.I understand that it is not reasonable for my tattoo artist to know if I might have an allergic reaction to the dyes, pigments, or processes used during my tattoo and agree that such risks are possible.I have gone over any possible spelling errors with my tattoo artist prior to the tattoo application process. I understand that my artist is not responsible for the meaning/translation or the spelling of the tattoo I decided to get.I have told my artist about any skin conditions (including but not limited to: scarring, eczema, burns, moles, acne) that might show up in the proposed tattoo location.I am not pregnant nor breastfeeding during the tattoo's healing period. ( up to 3 months)I will follow my tattoo artist's aftercare instructions and will notify them if I have any questions regarding the aftercare procedures. I agree that any touch up work will be done at my own expense if I do not follow said instructions.I am aware that infections and irritations are possible as a result of a tattoo.I understand that my tattoo artist is not a medical professional and will not substitute advice given to me by a medical professional.I understand that my tattoo's appearance will have the possibility to differ from the time of the application. I acknowledge that factors such as but not limited to: sun exposure, weight gain/loss, scarring, skin texture, surgery, laser treatments, will affect the future appearance of my tattoo and it is not at my artist's expense to touch up.I consent to get tattooed by the artist named above and to any reasonable actions that my artist might need to do in order to execute the tattoo application. If I am feeling uncomfortable at any time I agree to voice my concerns.I consent to my tattoo being photographed by the tattoo artist and waive all rights to the photo for promotional use by the artist. If I do not agree to this term I will tell my artist beforehand.
