  • The information you provide in this form will help us to better understand the ways in which we might be able to help you and to identify where there will be opportunities for you to save cost and reduce your water usage. 

    There are six pages on this form, each relating to a different aspect of your water usage and management. Please give us as much information as you can but don’t worry if you don’t know the answer to a particular question or it doesn’t apply to you. You do not have to answer every question. 

    You may need to collect information from other people in the organisation in order to complete some of the questions on this form. If you need to, you can save a draft of this form and come back to it later by scrolling to the bottom of whatever page you're on and clicking the 'save' button. You'll get an email with a link to your draft form which you can access again and complete later as needed.

  • Do you have a water management plan in place in your organisation?
  • If your water were to fail or be isolated for whatever reason do you have a contingency plan in place for supply?
  • Do you have a schedule for water management inspections enforced?
  • Do you monitor building use patterns and correlate this with water consumption?
  • Water supply and wastewater services

  • Businesses are able to chose their water supplier now. Have you switched water and / or sewerage supplier for your business?
  • Do you have different water and / or sewerage suppliers for different sites?
  • Have you asked your water and / or sewerage supplier about switching to the best tariffs for you business?
  • Do you know where your wastewater discharges to?
  • Has anybody specifically checked the return to sewer allowances?

  • Is an independent company used for monitoring water quality?
  • Are any areas sublet to external organisations?

  • Do you have any sub-metering in place for specific areas or buildings?

  • Do you monitor building use patterns and compare this with water consumption?
