Contact options with Rihard

The options that are currently available for other clients:

• Send me a message via the external websites where my ad is officially visible (may require you to create a client/viewer account depending on the website);
• Send me an email to rihard@yourtwinklover.de;
• Send me a regular text message (SMS) or WhatsApp message at +49 (0) 151 41396103 - NO PHONE & WHATSAPP CALL SUPPORT;
• Use the Quick Contact form or the Chat window (based on availability) on my main site.

This service helps you to get in front of the support queue and ensures a faster answer in demand. For just 30€ (plus applicable taxes) I’ll contact you shortly, before others (even if I'm busy).

• Always available . During the weekends and holidays, I'm not usually available by phone and email. That's why this option gives you the ability to stay in touch even when I'm not online.
• More flexible. I do not take phone calls. However, priority contact is a dedicated service that lets you put me on the phone with you and have a voice-to-voice personal call to clarify any service or product-related questions. Especially useful if you have more in-depth questions.
• Fast answer. All the requests will be treated with high importance and will always be answered first, before others. My answer is guaranteed within one hour, or I will refund you the money 100% (additional terms apply - please read a full product description).
• More dedicated. Requests from the priority contact service are more genuine, as the client pays for the service. Therefore I also put more effort into it and always try my best to answer every request with a lot of dedication and care.
• Write about what you want. You can forget to be "formal" and write to me casually, without restrictions and filters applied in my contact forms.

Contacting me is always free. This service is the paid version of getting a faster response to your request. However, you’re always covered with basic (free) support and welcome to use any publicly available channel of getting in touch with me.
