Installation Agreement and process;
Once a tub is selected, purchased in full and in our possession we transfer the relationship and all the notes from your sales team member to our customer success manager Shannon. Her contact email is Shannon@axmen.com and you can reach her at the store at 406-728-7020. She will be reaching out to you when all the pieces are in place for her to schedule an install.
Communication is one of the most important elements in any business transaction but also one of the hardest things to keep up on with some of the delays we are seeing in hot tubs mostly as a result of COVID delays in the supply chain. We want to ensure that we are not scheduling installs for tubs we do not have in our warehouse.
Hot tubs are heavy and ensuring that we get them in the right place safely is a bit of an art. As not all hot tub sets are the same, Shannon's job is to make sure that you get what you're expecting so she will often ask for verification of things like road conditions, electrical completion etcetera. Having the electrician scheduled for the same day, for example, usually results in installation and completion being considerably delayed. Pictures or further visits may be necessary to ensure you get the best possible install process.
Our trucks are equipped with a GPS tracker that gives us accurate data on the installer’s location and time-on-site. You will receive a text with their arrival time once they are on route.
We have selected our installers based on their ability to competently handle jobs and their ability to train you on the proper operation of the tub. Please prepare any onsite questions for this team as they are more than qualified to answer them and please be present for the orientation on startup especially if you're new to hot tubs. Orientation is required for the saltwater tub set up as it's fundamentally different than other tubs you may have operated in the past.
Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible for you and that almost always comes down to double-checking our work and making sure our communication is above and beyond. All the information we receive from you is recorded in its entirety (emails, this form, our notes, and pictures, etc.) This file is a long-term record but the goal is to ensure we get to a 5-star result for years to come.
