    Notes on your new hot tub
  • You will need an electrical breaker box in the area where you are anticipating placing the tub. We will need to get the correct breaker box installed before the installation can occur. This will need to be done by a certified electrician to avoid voiding the warranty. We will provide the customer with the breaker box, but the customer is responsible for scheduling the electrical installation.

    120V plug and play spas can only run either the jets or the heater at one time. This is due to the lack of power supply to the spa itself. Meaning at any given time you can either choose to use the heater or the jets, this cannot be accomplished at the same time without upgrading a plug-in-play spa’s breaker system.

    The Tarino, Celio & Aventine by Caldera do require a dedicated 20 amp service.  Unlike Freeflow that can be just plugged in.   

     

  • ProLift Hot Tub Cover Lifter
    (Requires 14” back clearance and 3” side clearance.)
    A great basic cover lifter, the ProLift attaches to both cover and cabinet and has a built-in safety lock feature. Just lift, glide and fold away. Note: The ProLift cover lifter will not work on 2016 Utopia® spas.

    ProLift II Hot Tub Cover Lifter
    (Requires 24” back clearance and 3” side clearance.)
    Similar in design to the ProLift III, the ProLift II uses a single pneumatic gas shock lifter for smooth operation.

    ProLift III Hot Tub Cover Lifter
    (Requires 24” back clearance and 3” side clearance.)
    Our best lifter, the ProLift III has two pneumatic gas shocks to provide smooth, quiet operation. Very little effort is required to remove or replace the cover, even on larger spa models, because the shocks do the heavy lifting.

    ProLift IV Hot Tub Cover Lifter
    (Requires 7” back clearance and 3” side clearance.)
    For hot tub decks, gazebos or other areas where clearance is limited, the ProLift IV allows you to position the cover vertically, just behind the spa.

    Once a tub is selected, purchased in full and in our possession we transfer the relationship and all the notes from your sales team member to our customer success manager Shannon. Her contact email is Shannon@axmen.com and you can reach her at the store at 406-728-7020. She will be reaching out to you when all the pieces are in place for her to schedule an install.  

    Communication is one of the most important elements in any business transaction but also one of the hardest things to keep up on with some of the delays we are seeing in hot tubs mostly as a result of COVID delays in the supply chain. We want to ensure that we are not scheduling installs for tubs we do not have in our warehouse.

    Hot tubs are heavy and ensuring that we get them in the right place safely is a bit of an art. As not all hot tub sets are the same, Shannon's job is to make sure that you get what you're expecting so she will often ask for verification of things like road conditions, electrical completion etcetera. Having the electrician scheduled for the same day, for example, usually results in installation and completion being considerably delayed. Pictures or further visits may be necessary to ensure you get the best possible install process.  

    Our trucks are equipped with a GPS tracker that gives us accurate data on the installer’s location and time-on-site.  You will receive a text with their arrival time once they are on route.

    We have selected our installers based on their ability to competently handle jobs and their ability to train you on the proper operation of the tub. Please prepare any onsite questions for this team as they are more than qualified to answer them and please be present for the orientation on startup especially if you're new to hot tubs. Orientation is required for the saltwater tub set up as it's fundamentally different than other tubs you may have operated in the past. 

    Our goal is to make this process as smooth as possible for you and that almost always comes down to double-checking our work and making sure our communication is above and beyond. All the information we receive from you is recorded in its entirety (emails, this form, our notes, and pictures, etc.) This file is a long-term record but the goal is to ensure we get to a 5-star result for years to come.
