• 2026 Season Insurance Declaration

    Statewide Teams and Local League Management Liability Only

  • This declaration is solely for Queensland Statewide Teams only. Which are Hostplus Cup, BMD Premiership and Mal Meninga Cup. All community junior and senior teams insurance is now automatically included when players finalise their QRL player registration. 

    Please follow the below steps in order to have your Statewide teams or local league management liability insured through the Community Rugby League Insurance Program.

    This form caters for all levels of insurance requirements. Including Loss of Income top up cover. 

    Step 1 - Please complete each section below (only those sections that are applicable to you) and press the Submit button at the bottom. This will send your form electronically to the Gallagher Sport team. 

    Step 2 - Gallagher will then email your 2026 QRL Insurance Invoice for payment (including a monthly repayment option if that option is selected). 

    Note: Once you hit the submit button, the declaration is both sent and stored within the system. We will do our best to provide you with your Invoice for payment in a timely manner, however in peak periods there will be a delay.

  • Please Note: The Community Rugby League National Insurance Program does not provide cover for the hiring out of club facilities to third parties, or selling alcohol outside of game day. Should your club conduct these activities, you will require a additional liability policy. Select Yes to either question above, and Gallagher Sport will provide a quote to fill this additional activity. 

  • Note: Should your club employ staff, or pay volunteers, you could be required by law to take out a Queensland Government Workers Compensation policy.
    We strongly recommend that you check your legal requirements and make contact with the Queensland Government Workers Compensation department

  • Note: To qualify for the Stamp Duty Exempt Premium, you must provide a copy of your Stamp Duty Exemption Certificate each year. If you do not provide this certificate, the Stamp Duty Exempt premium, will not be accepted. To obtain certificate you must contact the Office of State Revenue.

  • 2026 OPTIONAL LOSS OF INCOME TOP UP SECTION

    This is for Senior teams only (U19's and above), should you wish to increase the current weekly loss of income benefit from $300 per week. Current excess is 28 days. NOTE: Insurer yet to finalise top up premiums. They are aiming at rollover, but will advise early 2026.

    If you are not already insured on our Rugby League property program, fill in the below to obtain a quick and easy quote. Those that are already insured with Gallagher, will be sent your current policy schedule next year to review. The program has an annual expiry date of 28 February. Please note that completing the below does not place cover.
