In order to be eligible for a refund you must have completed the 3 action tasks in the required timeframe.
If you are still within the 30 day timeframe then please complete the action tasks and start this refund application process again.
In order to be eligible for a refund for your coaching package you must not have used any of your coaching calls and they must not have exceeded the expiry date.
Unfortunately due to using some of the calls from your coaching package you are ineligible for a refund.
