WARRANTY DETAILS
We require three (or more) photos of your warranty product in order to efficiently assess the claim. Only high resolution, clear photos should be submitted. Here are some tips to help you achieve those on your phone / tablet:
1. Take photos in a well-lit area with the light source behind you and the product on a non-contrasting background so the product & warranty issue stand out.
2. Please check the photos before sending and ensure the issue area is clear to see & not blurry.
