MAKE SURE TO READ PRIOR TO SIGNING:

That I, {daName} with Passport No. {passportNumber} is agreeing to work with Mainland Express DWC-LLC with the following compensation and contract terms.

Compensation Package

Compensation Package is designed to be based upon a per day rate consisting of 9 Hours of work, including a mandatory 1 Hour break. Driver can expect to be scheduled to work for 5-6 days per wek, depending on the demand. All hours exceeding 48 hours to be compensated 1.25 times the base daily rate as per UAE Law.

• Base Daily Rate : AED 115
• Base Hourly Rate : AED 14.37
• Overtime Hourly Rate : AED 17.96
• Holiday Pay : Drivers who are working on a UAE Holiday will be compensated 1.5 times the base daily rate.
• Annual Leave : Driver is eligilble to receive Annual Leave as per UAE Law.

This will be paid every 5th of the month into a UAE based Bank Account and or C3 Salary Card. In case of aborted or cancellation route there will be no any payment. 

I understand that during the term of providing my services, I shall be paid for the following compenstation.

Inclusions:

I understand that Mainland Express will provide a monthly allowance for below:

• Fuel Budget will be published monthly based upon the current rate during the 1st day of the month.
• Fuel Budget is based upon work consumption only.
• Sim Card with basic company plan.

Deductibles:

In any case that I will exceed the monthly allowance mentioned above it shall be deducted from my monthly salary.

Missing Packages/Did Not Received Packages/Cash Collections

I understand that all packages/cash collections that are assigned to me will be in my custody and responsibility. Any missing packages or did not received packages which happen during my route will be full responsibilty and I will be liable for the cost of the packages.

Vehicular Fines

I understand that any Vehicular Fines -- Changing of lanes, Parking, Overspeeding, Jumping on a Red Light, Using mobile phone while driving and any other fines. It will be deducted to my monthly salary or be paid out by cash.

Vehicular Damages

I understand that any Vehicular Damages -- my fault and/or unknown fault, I will be liable for the Excess Insurance Charge which is at minimum of AED 750 to a maximum of AED 1500 plus AED 420 for the Police Clearance. It will be deducted to my monthly salary or be paid out by cash.

In cases of Emergency Leave/Resignation/Termination:

I understand that Maindland Express DWC-LLC has the right to hold my salary while completing the required Fleet Management Clearance and Station Clearance. It will take 7-15 days to finish the clearances respectively.
