If you make your wares by hand, you are our top priority, please apply!
If you run a small business and have some really fun/unique/healthy/creatively-inspiring/hard-to-find-elsewhere products, you could still be a vendor, please apply!
If you are a larger company and want to represent at our event, we are interested in your support, please apply to be a sponsor.
If you are a registered charity, we want to support you, please apply for a charity stall :)
Here's a reminder of how the application system currently works:
1) Fill in a form here, before 12noon on 11th February 2021.
2) Sit back and wait for an email with application results to be sent out before 6pm on 16th February 2021.
3) Only approved applications will be emailed with payment instructions, payments to be made before the specified deadline. Denied applications will also be notified by email. If you don't hear anything back from us, please take a look in your email junk box, and then write to us to check.
Please take careful note of our terminology:
This is your application (where you let us know you're keen).
If your application is successful, we will invite you to register (to become an official vendor).
REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AND ACKNOWLEDGED BY HMHK.

Info about stalls:
Marquees are 2x2x2m. Vendors welcome to bring their own marquees only if they are the same size as ours. No discount for BYO Marquee.
Tables: approx 2x6ft.
Stall sizes vary according to combinations/quantity of marquees and tables. Please click here for the stall specifications.
Handmade Hong Kong reserves the right to make the final decision on vendors' location on market map.
