1. Food truck event is held either rain or shine. The location will change month to month depending on the venue.
2. Food truck vendor early-tear down is prohibited unless you sell out of food, but you will need to remain in place until the event end time of 8pm.
3. Food truck vendors must provide a trash can and trash bags for their own food truck guest refuse.
4. Food truck vendors must dispose of all refuse from their food truck site upon closing of business.
5. All food vendors must display menus with pricing.
6. All food vendors must provide their own power sources (ie. generators).
7. Please bring lighting for your area.
8. Vendors must contact Naupaka Events & Weddings 24 hours prior to event if unable to attend. Vendors who do not attend/notify may be removed from future events and may forfeit vendor fee.
9. All fees are non-refundable.
10. Photographs, including professional photographs, will be taken during the event will be used for marketing purposes. By signing this agreement, you agree to have your likeness, business, and product used for/in any and all marketing purposes and mediums.
11. No animals are allowed where food is served or stored, except for service dogs or dogs used by the blind.
12. All food vendors must adhere to Hawaii State Department of Health food safety guidelines.
NEXT STEPS UPON APPROVAL OF APPLICATION:
1. All food vendor applications will be reviewed and selected at the discretion of the event team. You will be notified via email if your application has been approved.
2. All food vendors must provide a copy of their green placard issued by Department of Health no later than three days before the event date. You will not be able to participate in the event without submitting this document and will not be refunded your vendor fee.
3. All food vendors must provide a copy of their liability insurance naming "Naupaka Services dba Naupaka Events & Weddings" as additional insured no later than three days before the event date.You will not be able to participate in the event without submitting this document and will not be refunded your vendor fee.
4. Space is limited. Placement consideration will be given to early applications.
5. Vendor fee of $145 will be collected prior to event in order to secure your space. Email will contain payment options.
6. Naupaka Events & Weddings will assign a location to each vendor and map of location will be included in follow up email. There is no guarantee of the same location in each event.
