  • In order to help the Parish Council reduce the production costs of the Newsletter we would like to ask you to indicate if you are willing to "OPT-IN" to having the Newsletter sent to you by email.

    If you prefer this option we will also need you to provide your name and email address details on this form along with your choice.  We will also need your address to be able to remove you from the paper distribution list.

    Please note to receive your option in time for the next Newsletter, you will need to submit your form before 5pm on 15th January 2021

  • Marldon Parish Council will not sell or provide your details to any third party. The retention of your name and email address will only be used for the purpose of sending you our monthly Newsletter as indicated by your choice to 'OPT-IN'.

    All personal information will be kept in a secure location and will be destroyed on receipt of your written request to withdraw from the 'OPT-IN' option.
