You may submit the AZA & BBG program planner (https://azabbg.co/program-planning-form) or your community’s program planner. If the AZA & BBG planner, make a copy of the document linked and fill out all sections, except for the Program Evaluation and Follow Up section and Promotion Plan Checklist. Your program timeline may be submitted as an outline; it does not need to be fully scripted yet by the time you submit. Regardless, make sure this is the document that you'll be continually updating and working in, so we can see it as it progresses!
