    SECTION 1 - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

    A。 RESPECT BEGETS RESPECT。
     

    Hongdae Underground only operates from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, we humbly ask the client’s patience when communicating beyond the stated store hours. Respect with both parties must be present at all times. Hongdae Underground will be respectful and polite when transacting with its clients. Hongdae Underground has the right to terminate a transaction with a client in any event that their behavior is rude and hostile towards Hongdae Underground and its staff.


    B。 STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS & RESERVATIONS。

    Provided that you’ve already read and understood our Terms and Conditions, Mode of Payment and Mode of Delivery. Once you have filled out the form or reserved items via mine basis and it has been confirmed via DMs, it means you are 100% sure of your order and you can settle your payments on time. We will not entertain any form of cancellation. 


    C。 COMPLAINTS。

    All complaints must be directed to Hongdae Underground’s DMs and Email; any form of subtweeting will NOT be tolerated. Please settle your concerns directly with Hongdae Underground. 


    D。 READ THOROUGHLY。


    Make sure to read all the details in posters, order forms, FAQs, How To Order Process, emails including our Terms and Conditions. Hongdae Underground will make sure the details are explained thoroughly, please do not ignore it and make reading a habit. 


    E。 QUERIES。


    The client must make sure they’ve read through the carrd and FAQs before sending a query. Send your question via one platform only, we will not entertain those who bombard us with messages. Please wait for our response, in any event your question was sent outside of store hours, it will be entertained the following day. In addition, existing order concerns such as combined shipping and change of orders MUST be raised via EMAIL ONLY for easier assistance, making it a habit to reply via email. Do not leave us on read or seen when inquiring for availability of items and prices, it is common courtesy to let us know if you’re not purchasing.


    F。 TERMS AND CONDITIONS REVISIONS。

    The Terms and Conditions may change without prior notice & effective immediately, all buyers with existing transactions upon the change of Terms and Conditions will be notified of these changes via email.


    SECTION 2 - EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION & MINORS


    A。 PRIVACY POLICY。


    All information collected via order form and email will remain confidential between the client and Hongdae Underground. Personal information of the buyers will not be exposed in any form. Furthermore, payment details, mobile number, and address indicated on the parcel package MUST REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL and immediately disposed upon receiving. This is to protect the business owners and clients of their personal information. 


    B。 INFORMATION。


    All information provided by clients must be accurate to the client’s valid ID. Fill out the forms with 200% honesty and accuracy.


    C。 MINORS。


    If the client is underage, please make sure your parents know that you are buying from us and they are aware of the terms and conditions of the management. PLEASE BE HONEST!


    SECTION 3 - PRIORITY & LOYALTY PROGRAM


    A。 PRIORITY。


    Items would be shipped on a FIRST TO PAY BASIS. A queuing number will be provided when your items are ready to ship, with the date of shipment included. PAY EARLY = RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS EARLY. 


    B。 LOYALTY PROGRAM。


    Hongdae Underground has a loyalty program! The more transactions you make, the bigger the benefits you’d get as a gift from us. Special Perks regarding this membership will be updated and sent via email. 


    SECTION 4 - ORDERING, GOODS & PRICES. 


    A。 NO LONG RESERVATIONS。


    Items that are claimed via mine basis will be temporarily reserved under your username. In the event the client fails to fill out the order form within 6 hours upon receiving the confirmation via email. IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE FORFEITED and would be up for claiming again. Nevertheless we will inform the client before the 6 hours have passed. 


    B。 PRICES OF GOODS AND FEES。


    Prices will be inclusive of all fees except for Local Shipping Fee unless otherwise stated. NO LOW BALLING & DISCOUNTS. 

     

    SECTION 5 - PAYMENTS


    A。 MODE OF PAYMENT。


    We will only accept payments via GCASH QR Code and Paypal. We’ll provide you with our Business QR Code; It is only accessible to those that have the GCASH App. For payments via Paypal, you may transfer via G&S or F&F, but please remember to consider the paypal fees. We will not accept payments via other accounts aside from those stated. CASH ON DELIVERY & CASH ON PICK UP is only available to ONHAND items. 


    B。 ROUNDS OF PAYMENT。


    There will be 2 rounds of payment for Group Orders and La Faveur Services. 1st Payment includes Item Price and All In Fees--to be settled on the stated deadline. 2nd Payment includes LSF--to be settled upon arrival of the items.   


    C。 DELAYS & LATE PAYMENTS。


    If ever there would be problems with the payment portal and you’d be unable to pay on time, please let us know so we could take note of your orders. In any case you did not inform us, you will receive an email after a week of receiving it. Following up on the status but if there is still no response we will cancel the transaction.


    D。EXCESS PAYMENTS。


    Please pay the exact amount due, any excess payments will not be refunded.


    SECTION 6 - DELIVERY


    A。 MODE OF DELIVERY。


    The following couriers listed are the couriers the clients can choose from : FIFTH EXPRESS, PARCEL GUYS, LBC, JRS, GOGO EXPRESS, ABEST, BLITZ, SONIC EXPRESS, LALAMOVE, GRAB & MR. SPEEDY; DHL, FEDEX, EMS & PHILPOST for international Orders. Couriers not mentioned above will not be used. There is a strict shipping schedule depending on the courier. 


    SAME DAY DELIVERY
    Available from 10 AM - 5PM ONLY (This is only applicable to Metro Manila Addresses and selected areas in Cavite and Rizal.


    NEXT DAY DELIVERY
    Days available for shipping : FRIDAY & SATURDAY ONLY


    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
    Days available for shipping : MONDAY & TUESDAY ONLY

     

    B。SHIPPING RATES。


    The shipping rates we provide are only approximate, it still depends on the chosen courier if they would increase their rates; Furthermore it also depends on the item to be shipped, if we were charged higher than what we have asked from you, it will reflect in the next transaction. (Increased shipping rate as opposed to before).

     

    D。 ITEM RESPONSIBILITY。


    Once Hongdae Underground has successfully shipped your parcel, it is no longer our responsibility to track the status and delays are beyond our control depending on the courier. Please contact them in an event that your parcel is taking long to be delivered and the likes. 


    E。 COMBINED SHIPPING。


    We allow combined shipping for onhand orders and items that belong in the same box. If the ETA of the items is not that far from each other, automatically it will be for combined shipping. Combining onhand orders to pre-ordered items is only allowed when the client has pending orders with us. A new code and email will be provided when the box is already on it’s way to the PH. 

     

    SECTION 7 - CASH ON DELIVERY


    A。 MINIMUM AMOUNT。


    If the client would like to opt for Cash On Delivery via Gogo Express, the total item value should not be lower than 150.00 PHP since this is the minimum value for Gogo Express.


    SECTION 8 - DAMAGED GOODS, RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS.


    A。 RETURN TO SENDER, DAMAGES & LOST PARCELS。


    It is the client’s responsibility to claim their items at their address, in any event that it was tagged as RTS or RETURN TO SENDER. The client is responsible and should pay for the extra charges and LSF again to ship the parcel. DAMAGES caused by the local couriers is not our responsibility but we will make sure all items are packed properly and marked as fragile. LOST PARCELS due to wrong shipping details will be coordinated with the respective courier but Hongdae Underground is not responsible for this in any event that the client failed to provide the accurate details for Shipping nor will the items be refunded in case the client does not receive it. 


    B。 RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE。


    STRICTLY NO RETURNS REFUNDS & EXCHANGE. The client will only be eligible for returns & exchange provided an unboxing video. It should start from the item untouched inside the pouch and packaging is still intact. Videos that do not follow any of these criteria are not eligible for RETURN / EXCHANGE. REFUNDS will only be issued in the event the item goes out of stock, reasons beyond this will not be entertained. 


    C。 DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN EVENTS。


    In an event that delays will occur because of a pandemic, holidays, natural disaster, flood and typhoons. Hongdae Underground does not have any control over these events so it is beyond our control and please do not blame us for any delays because of this.

     

    SECTION 9 - CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY

    A。 UPDATES & DEADLINES。


    Make sure to follow our social media pages and emails used for ordering is active because all updates will be sent there. We can only provide updates if there is progress with the order. It is the client’s responsibility to check their emails and our social media pages for the updates posted to keep track of their orders and its status. 

     

    SECTION 11 - GOODS 

    A。RANDOM GOODS & MEMBER POOLING。


    For those that will opt for member pooling in all random goods, note that we will try our best to give the desired member but there is no guarantee you'd get the member you want since it still depends on the pulls we'd be getting. If ever you don't get the member you desire, please don't blame us for it since we have made this clear that it is out of our control and we follow a first to pay basis in order to be prioritized. We hope we've made this clear as we don't want to encounter complaints regarding random goods.


    B。SETS OPENED FOR SHARING。


    Sets opened for sharing or otherwise known as ‘Tingi Set’ slots will only push through if 90% of the slots are taken. This is also applicable to items posted from La Faveur Service. It will only push through given the condition stated above. 

     

    SECTION 13 - LA FAVEUR SERVICES

     

    1。 La Faveur Services of Hongdae Underground includes purchasing items from the following sites overseas: Mercari & Bunjang. We also offer purchasing items from outside of these websites. We have warehouses in the following countries: Korea, Japan, US, Indonesia & China. We are open to purchasing items from these places just send us the link and we’ll provide you with the quotation. We also offer assistance in purchasing fan club memberships. Please read more to learn about our service. 

     

    2。 Once we have given the quotation, please let us know if you won't purchase rather than leaving us on read once you have received the price. It is common courtesy to inform us of such.

  • SECTION 13.A.3 - La Faveur - Finding Service

    1. The client must provide the following details about the item they are looking for.
      1. *Group
      2. Member
      3. *Specific Name of item
      4. *Type of Goods: Album, Concert Goods, Fansign Photocards, Limited Edition Goods
      5. *Template of Goods: Provide the photo of template for easier access
      6. *Place Released: Korea, Japan, China, & etc.
      7. *Photo of actual goods:
      8. *How Rare is the item: Out of Production, Limited Edition, 
      9. *Priority: Canvassing, Urgent, Average
      10. *Budget:
    2. The client must make sure they will purchase the items once we find it. We devote time in looking for the items and in return once the client has filled out this form, we will not allow backing out once filling out this form. 
    3. In any event the budget provided is out of range for the items, we will let the client know of such and provide the listing with the lowest price.
    4. We will look for the items and send it over to you within 24 hours upon submission. Regardless if you will push through or not, please inform us. If you will use the photos for posting an interest check and the likes, please inform us also so we can take note and look at the listing from time to time if it's sold or not. A MAXIMUM OF 3 DAYS TO RESERVE THE LISTING. If the client won’t purchase we will not watch out for the listing anymore.
    5. Once there has been a listing chosen, we will transact with the seller on the following day with this time frame: 11 PM - 12 PM 
    6. Once we have settled all the details with the seller, please make sure we can contact you within the day for the payment to be settled.
    7. Please make sure that you will not cancel your transaction once we have transacted with the seller already. Otherwise we will result in cancelling your items.
    8. Once we’ve settled the payment with the seller and received the photos and tracking number, updates will be sent via EMAIL.
    9. The items will be delivered to the designated country warehouse. LSF will be settled upon the arrival of items.

  • SECTION 13.A.4 - La Faveur - Mercari Purchasing Service

    1. The client must provide the following details about the item they are looking for.

    Mercari Link:

    1. The client is responsible to check the listing if there are any damages and details regarding the exhibition of the item. The client is aware of the condition of the items and they agree to purchase despite the possible details the exhibition would include.
    2. In any event the client fails to check the description, we will inform them thusly but Hongdae Underground is not liable for any damages from the seller, nevertheless upon its arrival at the Japan Address and until it is in custody of Hongdae Underground. It will be treated with utmost care and kept in the best condition possible.
    3. Once we have given the quotation the client must inform us if they will proceed with the transaction or not.
    4. Once a listing has been chosen, we will send an invoice for the listing and the client has 24 HOURS to settle the payment. We will only secure the item once it has been paid.
    5. In any event the listing would be sold out before someone else does, the client has the option to look for other listings to use up their balance.
    6. UPDATES regarding the delivery of items will be sent via EMAIL and BOX updates will be posted via TWITTER and sent via EMAIL.

  • SECTION 13.A.5 - La Faveur Finds

    1. Items that are posted under the hashtag #HUMNLFinds are either open for purchasing via set or opened for sharing. Take note that the client must be aware that these items are for pre order and they are not ONHAND. Thus it will require patience from the buyers before they receive the item. 
    2. Terms & Conditions Section 10-B applies to sharing sets, in an event the listing of the item passes the 3 days upon posting and not all items are taken, it will be cancelled.
