NOTICE: We will initially visually inspect components returned for evidence of incorrect fitting practices, failure to use the correct lubricant or fitting without the correct tools if appropriate. We will also inspect for damage caused during transit and/or during the fitting process. We will provide you with a basic evidence based report on as a first step post initial inspection.
If your returned components have been deemed to have been subject to incorrect fitting, damage caused whilst fitting, or evidence of contamination with incorrect lubricants/greases and or engine/gearbox oil, your warranty claim may be rejected at this stage.
The warranty policy of most aftermarket and OEMs relates to manufacturing defects only. If you are unsure of the warranty policy of particular brands, please ask us.
Upon inspection, if your returned components are deemed to have possibly been subject to of a manufacturing defect or if you are unhappy with the intial inspection report from Axos Auto Parts Ltd. T/A Express Spares, the components will be returned to the manufacturer who will inspect and/or test the parts. The decision which will be confirmed by a subsequent report relating to this is final.
In order to properly inspect your clutch or flywheel (include all parts and components) so that your claim can be properly evaluated. If you do not send the complete clutch kit (include all parts and components) your claim will be rejected. Shipping costs to send warranty items to Express Spares are the customers' responsibility.
