By Completing the Self Check-In Form I Agree to the Following Terms:
1. Mountainside Resort at Stowe is not responsible for loss of valuables, money, or any personal property during my stay at the resort. I accept full responsibility for replacing any missing or broken personal items at the time of check-out.
2. I agree to advise the Front Desk of any missing or broken items/room damage in my unit within one hour after check-in.
3. I am aware that I am personally responsible for the full amount of charges with Mountainside Resort at Stowe in the case of room/property damage. A minimum charge of $200 will be applied to my credit card/account with Mountainside Resort at Stowe due to room destruction.
4. Mountainside Resort at Stowe is a NO-SMOKING resort, there will be a $250 charge for any evidence of smoking inside a unit. All smoking of any kind is to be done at least 25 feet from all residential buildings or the pool building.
5. Mountainside Resort at Stowe is a PET-FREE resort, there will be a $250 charge for any pet found in a unit and/or evidence of a pet that has stayed in a unit.
6. There will be a $25 fee for each missing key not returned at the end of my stay.
7. Check-out time is 10AM. There will be a $50 hourly rate for late check-outs not pre-approved by the front desk.
