    To request a custom made ORNAMENT wreath (sports or holiday themed), please complete this form. Prices are indicated below and depend on size and shape of wreath. Please allow two weeks processing time after order and payment are complete. Shipping Rates: Continental US - $10; Alaska, Hawaii and Internationally $15. *Expedited orders (less than two weeks processing time) please add $15 to total cost. **Free local Pick-up. ***Each wreath is handmade and unique, therefore exact replicas are not possible. This is the beauty of having a one-of-a-kind piece!
