Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. For 2021, we can accommodate up to 20 vendors.

Vendor Agreement Information
Vendors must commit to an initial 3 Months rental agreement. Upon the completion of the initial 3-month agreement, vendors will rent space on a month-to-month term. The initial payment will include your 1st month rent plus $100 non-refundable administrative fee. Vendors must give the notice to vacate in writing no later than two weeks in advance. All payments for rented space must be paid on the 1st day of each month, a $50 late fee will be added after the 3rd day of the month with an additional $5 per day until payment is satisfied.
Vendors will be paid their profit from sales at the beginning of the month, following the last day of closeout for the month prior.
All Vendors and vendor products will be tracked via the Clover inventory system. Vendors will be given a pin# to track inventory and complete sales transactions when working within the retail location. UltimateYou will provide security for your products when the location is closed and the location will be monitored with video surveillance while the location is open for business. Vendors are suggested to provide business insurance for their products in the event of a fire, flood, theft, or any other unforeseen event. UltimateYou will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items.
