REDEMPTION RANCH

CONSENT, RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, & INDEMNITY

In consideration of my being permitted to participate in the activities of the Redemption Ranch, 5229 Jones Chapel Road, Cedar Hill, TN 37032 (hereinafter "Ranch"), which are conducted by John Jesse Corn, Hannah Jane Corn, their employees and volunteers of the Ranch (hereinafter "Agents"), I hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following. By signing this document, I affirm that I have read it and understand it in its entirety.

RISK: I, the undersigned, having read and understood this document, agree and consent to all of its provisions. I understand that farm activities are inherently dangerous; that animals are unpredictable by nature, that there are inherent risks involved in my participation with the Ranch and the Ranch's Agents, which may include, but is not limited to: the propensity of an animals to behave in ways that may result in injury, harm, or death to persons on or around them; the unpredictability of farm animals' reactions to such things as sounds, sudden movements, and unfamiliar objects, persons, or other animals; certain hazards such as surface and subsurface conditions on farmland; being in contact with moving or stationary vehicles or farm equipment on the Ranch; using or being near recreational activities such as a tire swing or fire pit; the use of barbe wire fencing on the Ranch; contact with honey bees on the Ranch; use or contact with the barn or hayloft on the Ranch; and the potential of an Agent or other participant to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to injury to the participant or others, such as failing to maintain control over an animal. I acknowledge that my participation with the Ranch is voluntary and may involve participation in events that require physical exertion. I acknowledge that my participation in any Ranch event conducted by the Ranch's Agents presents risks that I may suffer property damage, bodily injury, or death. I understand the possibilities of unforeseen hazards and know the inherent possibility of risk, including, but not limited to, risks associated with contact with other participants, physical exertion, exposure to contagious diseases and sicknesses, which could include COVID-19 and negligence of the Ranch or its Agents. I understand that these risks that can range from minor injuries to serious injury or death. I willingly assume full responsibility for the risk and accept full responsibility for any damages, losses, diseases, injury or death which may result to me from my participating in any activity under the direction of Redemption Ranch and its Agents. I agree to hold harmless the Ranch and its Agents for damages losses, diseases or injuries incurred by myself.

RELEASE: I consent to my participation in the activities with Redemption Ranch, and hereby accept and assume all such risks, known and unknown, and assume all responsibility for the

losses, costs, and/or damages following any injury, disability, disease, or death, even if caused, in whole or in part, by the negligence of Redemption Ranch and its Agents. hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue Redemption Ranch and it Agents from all liability to me, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages on account of any injury to me, including, but not limited to, death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Ranch and its Agents or otherwise. If, despite this release, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Ranch or its Agents, I agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Ranch and its Agents and each of them from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to the claim made against any of the Ranch or its Agents named above, whether the claim is based on negligence or otherwise.

SEVERABILITY: If any part of any provision of this agreement shall be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such part shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity only, without in any way affecting the remaining parts of such provision or the remaining provisions of this agreement.

CONSENT: I have read this consent, release and waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, understand that by signing it I give up substantial rights that I and/or the minor would otherwise have to recover damages for losses occasioned by the Ranch or its Agents' fault, and sign it voluntarily and without inducement.
