Order DetailsFor personalised balloons, please provide a custom text or message you would like printed on the balloon. *Colours are subject to availability. We will notify via email if it's unavailable. If you are ordering standard size balloons, please note that they generally last 8~12 hours and if you intend to pick or have them delivered a day prior to the event, please let us know in the Notes/Comment field. There will be additional charge to applying hi-float to them to ensure they stay afloat for your event. For hire items or balloon garland/arch setup, please leave the custom message and balloon/confetti colours field blank. NOTE FOR PERSONALISED/FOIL/STANDARD SIZE BALLOONS: Pick-up times: 9:30AM - 6:00PM Delivery times: 10:00AM - 4:00PM For the time selected, we will do our best to deliver within the hour time frame. For example, if you have selected 1:30PM, we will deliver between 1:30PM - 2:30PM. If time selected is out of the range listed above, we will default to either pick-up time at 9:30AM or delivery at 10:00AM. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if date/time change is required. NOTE FOR BALLOON GARLAND/ARCHES OR HIRE ITEMS: Pick-up times: 9:30AM - 6:00PM For delivery, please provide the date and time of your event. For most of our backdrop and balloon garland/arch setup, we will require access to the venue 2 hours prior to the event time. Delivery DetailsDelivery fee is quoted based off distance from Fairfield, Queensland. Delivery fee will only be finalised once we have verified the delivery location once order is placed. Example location range or surrounding suburbs; Within 5km - Brisbane City Within 10km - Mt Gravatt Within 20km - Forest Lake Within 30km - Springfield We only deliver to Brisbane, North Lakes or Gold Coast Region at this stage. Delivery is subjected to minimum spend.

NOTE FOR PERSONALISED/FOIL/STANDARD SIZE BALLOONS: Once deposit or full payment is made, your order is confirmed and will be locked in. For bank deposit (EFT), you will receive an email with the bank details for deposit or payment to be made. Please provide the Order ID and Date required in the payment description field. We will require a 20% deposit to secure the order and the rest can be paid 2 business days prior to the event. For pay online, we will send an online invoice to the email provided and must be paid within 24 hours to secure the order.
