CONTRACT: This document confirms KatieMayClicks’ agreement with {Client Name} in which the client acknowledges their due payments as specified below and promise to pay the full amount due to KatieMayClicks.

PAYMENT: For a NUMBER OF MONTHLY PAYMENTS* month bi-weekly period, Client agrees to pay AMOUNT $* to KatieMayClicks and gives KatieMayClicks permission to charge the below listed card with the monthly amount due. Client chooses to have the payment processed on the CHARGE DATE(S) day of every month until payment plan is complete.

Client agrees to pay a $40 late fee for every month that the payment is late. After the full monthly payment period is complete and client has failed to pay in full, there will be a 25% charge of interest for every month that the client fails to pay towards their payment plan.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once final payment is due, all agreed fees will be charged to card on file. If failed payment occurs the debt will be sent over to our collections agency after 30 days of past due payment. If payment is not remitted from collections I understand my debt will be sent to court forcing me to pay all court cost as well.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: Client must follow all stated deadlines by remitting payment on time. The client may instate a written request to receive invoices. It is up to the discretion of KatieMayClicks to provide a courtesy invoice reminder. Failure to provide a courtesy reminder does not dismiss the terms of this contract.

PHOTOGRAPHIC PROOFING: All photographer materials, such as proofs or previews, will remain the sole property of KatieMayClicks. KatieMayClicks will make proofs available through an in-person reveal session on the date specified by the photographer. The amount of time that proofs are available is up to the discretion of KatieMayClicks. All digital, product or print orders must be placed at the in-person reveal session. After the close of the reveal session, there will be no adjustments made to the product and/or digital order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

REFUNDS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All payments made under this contact are 100% non-refundable. COPYRIGHT: KatieMayClicks will retain ownership of all images created under this contract. Any duplication or alteration of any image from its originally presented state, strictly infringes upon Copyright Laws. Client must have written permission from KatieMayClicks to do so. This contract does not release the copyright, nor does it grant permission to print, duplicate or alter any of the images presented by KatieMayClicks under this contract.

FAILURE TO COMPLY: Failure to comply with this contract results in termination of the contract and all photographic proofs/materials will remain property of KatieMayClicks.

CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS: This contract must be in agreement with both parties stated throughout the contract. Any modifications made by either party must be written down and have signature acknowledgment from both parties involved. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania.

FEES: If either parties stated in the contract brings any legal action against the other party under this contract, the prevailing party shall recover any attorney's fees and all costs or expenses incurred in the action.
