Looking for ways to be kind to yourself during these unprecedented times? So are we! As a way for us to manage our mixed feelings and bond together from a distance through DANCE, we’ve enlisted Gibney to host Hands are for Holding – a 5-part workshop series that uses dance and movement to engage in conversation about healthy relationships, cyberbullying, equity, and choice in everyday interactions.
We are all in this together and we may all emerge with a renewed appreciation for our interconnectedness thanks to the power of dance.
