Free Phone Acknowledgement

XBLUE Free Phones Promotion Terms & Conditions

The XBLUE Free Phones Promotion provides XBLUE phones at no charge to the Customer for use exclusively with XBLUE services. To take advantage of the XBLUE Free Phones Promotion an annual payment plan and a 2-year service commitment for XBLUE Cloud and/or XBLUE VoIP phone line services is required.

The Customer understands and agrees that the phones provided at no charge are the property of XBLUE and are to be returned to XBLUE by the Customer upon the termination of service. The Customer also understands and agrees that the termination of service date will occur no sooner than the completion of the initial 2-year commitment period.

After the 2-year initial commitment period, if at any time the Customer terminates service with XBLUE, Customer agrees to return the phones provided at no charge to XBLUE.

By completing this form and submitting it the Customer agrees to all terms and conditions as listed above.
