Disclaimer: By answering these questions and submitting this form, you agree to transport a pig, if needed, from pickup location to drop off location. Both locations will be assigned to you by a WMPA Admin. If a pickup or drop off location is changed during transport, an admin must be notified immediately. WMPA is not responsible for pig in transport, or any transport drivers, vehicles or passengers once transport begins. The safety of the pig in need and our volunteer drivers are our number one priority. All transport rules and regulations MUST be followed. If there is an emergency during transport, please contact 911, followed by the transport admin on your case.
