This is a 50-60 or 30 minute Zoom discussion with a Casting Professional. These meetings are kept highly confidential and are meant to help educate and advance your career by getting advice from industry professionals. The Casting Director or Casting Associate wants to be clear that these discussions are a learning experience and not an employment opportunity. They are a tool for educational, instructional purposes only and not a “paid audition.” We will not be recommending any specific Talent Agent representation, Acting Schools, or Headshot Photographers. However, we will provide resources to help you find such services and ways to educate yourself on SAG, Talent Agents, Schools, information on minors for parents, etc. Additionally, because we are an active casting office, some discussions may need to be postponed, with proper notice, because of a last-minute projects. All Discussions are done via Zoom. We open up the zoom connection 5 minutes before and start on time… always. We will not record, nor do we authorize recording these meetings unless otherwise informed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life is hectic and you may need to cancel your discussion appointment. If cancellation is within 24 hours notice, we will CREDIT in the amount you have paid for that can be applied to future discussion(s). If cancelling with less than 24 hours you will NOT be eligible for a CREDIT. If credit applies it must be redeemed within 3 months after your cancellation. No refunds.

There is always the chance this discussion may be postponed due to casting director availability. If this occurs, we will reschedule you for a different time, or credit you the amount to be applied to a future discussion.
