Clean the areas with a non-abrasive cleaners or soft soap, and water that the sign feet will be placed, to ensure not to scratch it.

Explain that the power cord needs to be plugged into the cigarette lighter power outlet, explain that the cord might be in a passenger’s way of comfort. And ask the driver what works best for them.

Ask the customer if they know the last time the battery was replaced, advise that batteries life expectancy in Arizona is 2 years. Advise that our sign does not draw power if the ignition is off, if the car specifications state the power is off.

Advise how the SignOnCar sign is secured on the roof, as its being installed. Show how the screws and brackets keep it tight. Advise that it must be checked for tightness and security EVERY TIME before they drive the vehicle. Advise how to tighten the sign and confirm the customer is aware. SEE INSTALLATION DOCUMENT (SEE DOCUMENT B.)
