  • 2021-22 FEF CONTINUING PROJECT APPLICATION

    This form is for FEF grant projects that have been funded in the past.
  • This application is designed specifically for those whose projects were funded in the past and who seek to continue or expand those projects for another year. This expedited process, however, does not guarantee that your project will be funded again. Nor does it limit you from submitting an application for a new project using the new project grant form.

    To apply, you will need to answer a few questions, upload and update the 2021-22 budget form, and get the required approvals as in the past. Before beginning to complete the application, please read carefully the directions found at Continuing Projects Guidelines

    To complete the budget form, follow the following steps:

    1. Download the form if you have not done so already. It is found on the Forms page on the FEF website.  Budget Form
    2. Save  the form to your computer with the name of your project (e.g., icreate. docx)
    3. Complete the form.  You will note that you will need contact information for vendor(s) who are not on the approved vendor list.  
    4. Upload your renamed budget form   to the space below by clicking the "Browse Files" button to browse your computer.
    5. Once uploaded, the file name will be displayed below.

    All applicants on the proposal must sign electronically below. Use the blue dot to make your signatures. If you (or we) have a problem seeing your electronic signature, it may be because of the server you are using.  If so, simply attach a page with your signature(s).   If you have more than four signatures,  attach a word document with all signatures on it.  Click 'choose file' below and attach the form you have created with the required signatures

    All applications must have the support of:

    • your principal or department head
    • Sonia Tellier, stellier@falmouth.k12.ma.us , for applications including requests for technology.
    • community partners, if applicable.  

    The form of their support should be in an email sent to FEFgrants@gmail.com by April 1.  

  • Preview & Submit:

  • Once you are finished working on the application for a particular session, click on the Preview link to read through your responses. You can print the form at any point by clicking the Print form button.

    When you are satisfied with your responses, then click Submit from the Preview page.  

    Once you submit the form, you will see a screen that indicates that your form has been submitted.  It will include two links:  one is to edit your form, and one is to get a PDF of your form. 

    The edit button lets you edit the form as many times as you need to prior to April 1.  Each time you enter new information, however, you will need to preview and then submit the form.  All your previously entered information will be there, as long as you use the edit link provided on the acknowledgement screen.

    The PDF button allows you to save a PDF of your application.  It is a good way to send your application to those who need to support it.
