Once you are finished working on the application for a particular session, click on the Preview link to read through your responses. You can print the form at any point by clicking the Print form button.
When you are satisfied with your responses, then click Submit from the Preview page.
Once you submit the form, you will see a screen that indicates that your form has been submitted. It will include two links: one is to edit your form, and one is to get a PDF of your form.
The edit button lets you edit the form as many times as you need to prior to April 1. Each time you enter new information, however, you will need to preview and then submit the form. All your previously entered information will be there, as long as you use the edit link provided on the acknowledgement screen.
The PDF button allows you to save a PDF of your application. It is a good way to send your application to those who need to support it.
