The applicant must submit:
An essay (at least 500 words) describing parent(s) and or guardian(s) education level and the applicant's cultural ancestry, financial need, employment and or financial resources, and educational goals and a time frame for accomplishing them.
A letter of reference from an individual who is familiar with and can recommend the applicant. The letter should address the applicant’s academic record, a degree of familiarity with the applicant’s work ethic, and a character reference.
The applicant's essay and the letter of reference should be sent using "File Upload".
