The IC Shuk (marketplace), a highlight of every IC, is where all attendees can purchase swag (merchandise) from chapters, councils, regions, and countries from all around the Order, and this year will be no different! For the first time ever, IC Shuk will be online!
Participants can take their new BBYO merchandise back to their community and display the BBYO Movement spirit year-round. This is a great opportunity for your chapter, region, council, or country to raise funds and share your pride!
All Teens, Chapters, Staff, and Communities are invited to submit designs to be sold at IC 2021’s Shuk. This will be an amazing opportunity for you to fundraise, as proceeds (less a 10% donation to ISF) will go to your home chapter or community. Please note that not all designs will be selected to go on sale.
Designs must be submitted by January 11, 2021 via the IC 2021 Shuk Submission Form. Designs must be created in Canva or Adobe Illustrator.
Please note that depending on the product to be sold, there may be upfront minimum order sizes. The cost of any upfront minimum orders must be paid by the teen/chapter/staff/communities before the product is printed.
Items must adhere to BBYO guidelines (
Items may not be sold with the phrase "B'nai B'rith Youth Organization" or an outdated version of the BBYO logo
Items may not be sold with any trademarked or copyrighted name, image, or brand
Items that do not adhere to these parameters may need to be revised, or may incur additional costs
Please note that due to inventory shortages, apparel items are limited to the following:
For a catalogue of other products you can design, click here. If you would like to submit a design for a non-apparel item, be advised that there is a minimum number of items that must be purchased (on average 150 pieces) and that you (Chapter/Region) are responsible for buying and shipping any items that do not sell once the Shuk is closed, back to your chapter or region. Shuk managers will also confirm with your regional staff that this is a financial risk you are able to take.
When designing your item, keep in mind that potential buyers will be viewing the item in an online catalogue. What will catch someone’s eye? What is unique about your product?
Once designs are submitted, our marketing team will review the design to make sure it adheres to BBYO guidelines. A committee of teens and staff will select which items will be sold at Shuk. Our Shuk vendor will then create the artwork for review and confirm how much the item will be. You will then be asked how you wish to price the item. Please note that for apparel sales, a minimum of 10 items must be sold before it becomes profitable. Regions, chapters, and communities will keep the profit earned less a 10% donation to ISF of all of their sales.
The IC 2021 Shuk store will be open February 10 - 15, 2021. Promote your items to drive your sales! Items sold will be shipped up to 3 weeks after the store closes.
