    Set forth by Trades Construction Staffing, Inc.
  • ,("EMPLOYEE") agrees to the conditions set forth in this Employee Policy Agreement

    1. General Policies and Duties

    a. EMPLOYEE understands and accepts that they are employed by Trades

    Construction Staffing and assigned to perform required work for our client.

    b. EMPLOYEE will be responsible for upholding the reputation of Trades

    Construction Staffing in the following areas:

    to obey all state, federal and local laws, and reasonable orders

    within the terms of the contract of employment

    ii.cooperate with the employer, iii. iv.account for any money or property/assets responsible for

    perform duties with proper care and diligence,

    indemnify the employer in appropriate cases

    not to misuse any confidential information acquired while in service.

    a. During employment and for a period of three years thereafter, or without

    the express written consent of Trades Construction Staffing, EMPLOYEE

    shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit for employment to a Trades

    Construction Staffing client or employ any employee of Trades Construction Staffing.

  • a. It is illegal, and against company policy, to impersonate a Trades

    Construction Staffing Recruiter in order to mislead employees or potential

    EMPLOYEE's part will lead to fines and litigation to the full extent of the

    4. Discussion of Pay a. EMPLOYEE will not discuss pay on the job site or with other Trades

    Construction Staffing employees.

    b. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in termination.

    5. Safety Guidelines a. EMPLOYEE agrees to follow all Occupational Safety and Health

    Administration (OSHA) regulations, as well as any and all other work site

    specific safety regulations. b. EMPLOYEE agrees to report any OSHA regulation violations or safety

    hazards witnessed on the job site to the foreman in charge and to Trades

    Construction Staffing immediately.

    C. EMPLOYEE agrees to comply with all Personal Protective Equipment

    (PPE) requirements while employed with Trades Construction Staffing.

    a. Under no circumstance will EMPLOYEE report to work under the influence

    This includes having any trace of alcohol on your breath or reasonable suspicion of drug use.

    b. EMPLOYEE will submit to a drug or alcohol test if worksite authorities

    suspect the abuse of drugs or alcohol.

    On the job injuries or incidents will also require the EMPLOYEE to

    submit to a drug or alcohol test within the first 4 hours of the

    1. NOTE: In the case of an onsite incident and drug/alcohol test

    requirement, EMPLOYEE will be escorted to the testing

    C. EMPLOYEE will submit to a drug test prior to beginning employment with

    d. Failing a drug or alcohol test will result in immediate termination

    7. Incident reporting a. In the event of an injury or safety incident, EMPLOYEE will report

    immediately to the worksite supervisor and may be required to fill out an

    incident reporting form. EMPLOYEE agrees to follow these steps:

    i.Seek first aid immediately ii. iii. iv.Submit to a drug and alcohol test within the first 4 hours of the work

    Report the injury to the supervisor or foreman

    Report the incident to Trades Construction Staffing.

    Fill out the required information on the on site Incident Report

    Follow up with the onsite nurse, if available, for any additional

    Seek outside medical treatment if needed.

    Comply with all the policies and procedures of the work site and of

    Trades Construction Staffing's client. Hold Trades Construction Staffing harmless in the event of a work

    related accident or injury while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or due to negligence.

    8. Penalty a. Failure to adhere to this agreement may result in termination, additional

    fines and monetary penalties, or litigation.

    In the case of litigation, court costs and attorney's fees will be the

    responsibility of EMPLOYEE, if EMPLOYEE is found to be in direct

    violation of this agreement and the terms wherein.

    a. This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the

    laws of the state of Ohio, without reference to any conflicts of law

    principles thereof. 10. Employee Handbook a. EMPLOYEE acknowledges that he/she has received and has had an opportunity to read a copy of the Trades Construction Staffing Employee Handbook, which can be found at:

  • b. EMPLOYEE understands that this Employee Handbook is solely for the

    purpose of summarizing Trades Construction Staffing's current policies,

    benefits and rules, that it is not a contract or enforceable promise or

    guarantee of any kind, whether of employment or of any specific terms or

    conditions of employment or procedural rights, and that any or all portions

    of this Handbook may be amended or eliminated from time to time without

    advance notice. I understand that my employment with Trades

    Construction Staffing is at-will, and can be terminated either by me or by

    Trades Construction Staffing at any time, for any reason, with or without
